Senior Project Manager with more than 25 years of experience involving planning, design, and construction of municipal projects and airfield projects. Responsible management for design and construction of water and sanitary sewer distributions systems, roadway rehabilitation, drainage channels, lift stations, elevated water tanks, pump stations, ground water tanks, rehabilitation of airfield pavement and lighting, parking structures, land development, and erosion control measures. Experience includes the management of both multi discipline design teams and construction teams with all work taking place in Texas.
