I co-develop and deliver two high-level strategies: the STFC Campus Strategy and the STFC Cluster Strategy. Working in partnership with a diverse group of public and private sector stakeholders to deliver an interconnected programme of work that is aligned with local and national priorities for driving innovation-led growth and prosperity.I lead the secretariat, manage stakeholders and provide governance support for a senior-level Board that helps shape the strategic direction of the clusters at Harwell and further develop the world-class science and innovation system on site.I oversee the Harwell Campus Skills Strategy, convening groups of stakeholders and training providers from different public and private sector organisations on campus and across the region, to deliver joint skills programmes and activities.I lead the strategy and delivery of a business-led Proof of Concept programme that fosters collaboration between businesses and organisations across STFC campuses to strengthen clusters and develop technologies, products and services. I deliver events, programmes and activities that de-risk business growth and scale-up.
