Overseeing and ensuring the operations department is efficient, adaptable, and capable of scaling in alignment with the company’s growth, while meeting overall business objectives. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:· Manage operations budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring effective resource allocation.· Develop and implement a strategic operations vision and roadmap to support business goals.· Lead the operations team, ensuring it remains efficient, purpose-driven, and scalable through effective hiring, staffing, training, and coaching initiatives.· Establish and monitor performance metrics to drive departmental success and continuous improvement.· Oversee department risk management, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations.· Drive automation initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.· Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, while promoting adherence to best practices and core values to maintain high levels of consumer understanding and support.· Oversee the development and well-being of direct reports, including rewards and recognition (R&R) initiatives.· Lead and contribute to broader company projects as part of the Senior Management Team (SMT).
