About Lee Flory

I am the Chief Engineer of Facilities with CBRE on the USAA account in Phoenix Arizona and have 30 years experience with HVAC installation and service. Being in this field I have several licenses and certifications, for example LBME and LEB electrical licenses, BOC2, CFC, Brazing, Trane Controls and Siemens Controls BAS certifications to name a few. I have experience with DATA Centers, plumbing, electrical, framing, and sheet-rocking. I have been a radio station manager leading a team of people and overseeing the administrative and business function of the station, on-air personality, and programming. Successfully bringing the newly built station out of the red within the first two years of being on the air and establishing it in the community. I have owned and operated my own business for seven years negotiating contracts with banks and government businesses and sold it for a profit. I have coached highschool football. Building the skills and desire within a team that had never been to a playoff game and led the team to state championship games three years in a row. I am highly motivated and have a desire to learn and grow in my knowledge and skill sets. I am not one that likes to sit on the sidelines and watch the game happen, I want to be in the action and be a part of the mix of what is taking place.
