An experienced transformation programme manager, with over 20 years experience delivering programmes, in multiple countries to deliver business changing results. I am comfortable different methodologies, agile and waterfall, and know that it is not a one size fits all. I am able to manage change, even embrace it, and know that the goal post move as does our customers expectations. I have managed programmes upto the value of £35m and with over 300 team members and working at tier 1 board level with the likes of Boots and M&S. I am customer centric,(internal and external), rarely satisfied, believe that progress is more important than perfection, the details make the difference (retail has always been detail) to deliver the best outcome you must know your customer. Delivery is a team sport and people, process and relationships are key. I always own the outcome and ensure colleagues know what good looks like and what is expected (don’t believe anybody wants to do a bad job). Communication is key, don’t hide mistakes learn from them, be upfront and transparent (there is no need for spin) and communicate communicate communicate – ensure everyone is aligned. I am always looking for a wheel as part of a team I believe we should all co-create together
