Experienced senior planner with a 25 year career in the construction industry. With 6 years as a senior site supervisor & 10 years in planning. Skilled in developing logic linked programmes from tender through to commissioning. In both Primavera P6 and Asta Power project.Completed my HVAC apprenticeship with NG Bailey in 2004 achieving NVQ 3 in Heating and Ventilation. Then worked as a Pipe Fitter / Welder (Craftsman), Senior Craftsman on various projects including schools, universities, laboratories and hospitals. I was a Mechanical Supervisor on the Birmingham New Street Gateway Project before stepping into an MEP Planning role. Developed and maintained programmes on a variety of projects across the midlands region, ranging from engineering test cells, office fitout, university buildings, R&D and hospitals with values ranging from £7m to £310m. Currently planning manager for NG Bailey in the Midlands and member of the regional senior leadership team.Experienced in both construction & MEP planning techniques. Progress monitoring, baseline management, intergrated programme development, collaborative planning, KPI\'s, resource histograms, S-curves, dashboards, resource planning, detailed commissioning programmes, offsite integration, lean planning techniques.
