I’m a supply chain and operations leader with a foundation in chemical engineering and over a decade of experience scaling regulated manufacturing environments. My career has progressed from hands-on process engineering to leading end-to-end supply chain operations in high-growth, customer-driven organizations.Currently, I serve as Supply Chain Director at Impact Beverage, where I oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and customer fulfillment. I’ve led the transition from outsourced to fully in-house warehousing, scaled teams from early-stage to multi-shift operations, and serve as a key internal leader for enterprise ERP implementation supporting continued growth.I specialize in building structure where it doesn’t yet exist—developing teams, systems, and processes that balance speed, compliance, and cost, with a customer-first mindset guiding execution and decision-making.    Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a high-growth, regulated beverage manufacturer, overseeing procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and customer fulfillment.
