Strategic leader in partner management, responsible globally for Ciena’s Webscale and Transformation customer practise to enable operations, deployments and professional services worldwide. Senior strategic role to ensure global company alignment and consistency. The role covers all aspects of Partner Strategic Management including Partner Vetting, Commercial Evaluation / Onboarding, Operational Planning thru transition and “go live” to ensure ongoing operational and financial success for Ciena and the assigned partners. Work closely with internal stakeholders and directly with the Service Partners facilitating communication and translating operational requirements for the complete life cycle of the operation, from pre-contract to ongoing network support, into structured executable tasks, milestones, deliverables, partner performance and KPI’s and recurring strategic Business Reviews. Responsible for leading the global Service Partner ecosystem to align with Ciena services business requirements as well as all aspect of contract management for the assigned partner ecosystem.
