I focus on creating a strategic plan that enables my clients to overcome imposter syndrome and navigate corporate politics so that they can take control of their careers. I’ve been leading successful teams for over 15 years, with a focus in talent development, training, sales and account management. Coming from extremely male dominated industries, I know first-hand that women need support, resources and mentors to help them be successful. Unfortunately, most of the time, they never receive the tools they need to excel. As my career progressed, I became inspired to help other women avoid the pitfalls and skip the setbacks I experienced. I combined my passions for professional development with my MBA in entrepreneurship and launched my coaching practice with a goal of helping women shatter the glass ceiling and create their own seats at the table. In addition to working with women one-on-one, I also work directly with organizations to help them create career pathways for future women leaders. I help companies invest in their internal talent pipelines in order to create promotable, engaged and driven teams that are focused on bottom-line growth.
