My Resposibilites are credit and budget control while maintain site operations to a high standard while adhering to the sites IPPC permit, Health and Safety directive and within the sites budget. I work to strict KPI’s set by management which can include tender process for onsite contracts, project management and contract Management with the contractors of the new aggregate recycling plant due to open Septemeber 2015. I am responsible for a team of 15 individuals, thus demonstrating my ability to lead, delegate, organise and motivate others.
