Role is over view of single line opreation that runs complex SKUs for major own label markets. Managing a team of upto 25 people with a wide skills range from all main process to manual packing. Trained to NVQ level 4 Bisuness techniques and currently studying six sigma green belt. Using lean tools to improve and drive efficiency including better ways of working has been a big success for myself and McVities at Manchester with a number of major successes across site and into the business.Project installations ahead of budget and on time.Fully trained and qualified six sigma green belt thta has been put into practice on several project big and small and have had several successes while using all lean tools that have been available through my training.
