ABOUT LEE COCKERILL

I am passionate about creating positive change and empowering people through technology and data. As the Chairperson of the Board at Delay Smartphones, a nonprofit organization aiming to protect children from the dangers of smartphones, I partner closely with the founder to oversee the strategic direction, governance, and financial sustainability of the organization, along with my fellow trustees. As the Senior Director of People Technology & Transformation at N-able, a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for small and medium businesses, I am responsible for driving the HR Strategy, HR Analytics, and the Cultural and Digital Transformation of the organization, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain the best talent, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.
