The University of Maryland is the lead university of five institutions (UMBC, Howard University, Catholic University, and SURA) for a collaborative agreement with Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). The Center for Research and Exploration in Space Science and Technology II (CRESST II) seeks to support and enhance research and technology in the space sciences in support of NASA\'s strategic science mission objectives. CRESST II also seeks to encourage the engagement of a diverse population of students and Ph.D. scientists in NASA\'s space science programs.As program manager I am responsible for administrative, financial, reporting, and on-site operations while serving as the liason between each of the partner institutions and NASA/GSFC.
