Purpose: Lead the end-to-end production and manufacturing of the Aventra Class 701 Southwest Rail project, ensure operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to strict safety, quality, and budgetary standards.• Serve as Project Lead for the Aventra Class 701 production, overseeing all phases from planning to delivery.• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to support seamless project execution.• Coordinate and control production processes, ensure outputs delivered on time, within budget, to specification.• Track and communicate project progress from inception to delivery, and provide regular updates to clients • Implement improvements to processes and equipment to enhance team efficiency, safety, and productivity.• Enforce rigorous health and safety standards, resulting in zero accidents and full compliance with H&S regulations.• Review production orders, schedules, inventory levels, and delivery dates to ensure optimal resource planning and availability.• Conduct quality and compliance checks, ensuring all outputs meet regulatory and performance standards.• Analyse production performance indicators to identify opportunities for process optimisation and product quality enhancement.
