About Lee Axelrod
I\'m an enthusiastic Brand Manager with a passion for wine and spirits and 10+ years of marketing experience. I completed my MBA at NYU Stern in May 2021 and worked in CPG before joining Pernod Ricard, where I\'ve had roles with Absolut and Kahlua. Prior to business school, I worked in sales and marketing in the publishing industry. I also received my WSET Level 2 certificate in Wines.

Since rejoining the Absolut team as Brand Manager, I have worked across several key projects. First, I developed Year 2 of Good, Clean Fun: Absolut and Kahlua\'s Espresso Martini bartender competition. I grew the program from 26 to 35 local events YOY and increased bartender registration by 250%. Additionally, I led Absolut\'s F25 Espresso Martini holiday program, featuring our brand partnership with Sabrina Carpenter which delivered 1.5B impressions and was recognized by The Spirits Business as one of the top 10 celebrity collaborations of 2024. Second, I finalized the launch of Absolut\'s ready to serve products in 2024, including developing the activation plan on owned channels, tracking performance, and reporting back to marketing leadership. I also worked with the Innovation team to launch new ready-to-serve flavors for 2025, including developing key visuals and POS assets and setting KPIs to track performance. I created a launch plan that reached across channels to promote the 2025 RTS flavors and worked with many cross-functional teams to execute the plan. The 2025 RTS flavors achieved their Year 1 goals for volume, net sales, and sell-in velocity. Lastly, I have led development of Absolut\'s F26 and F27 Summer programs, including briefing the shopper agency, providing direction on creative feedback, and coordinating planning across multiple teams while ensuring buy-in from leadership.
