Recruit candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.com, employee referrals, job board mining for positions including Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, corporate support, and Manufacturing Management roles with full life cycle recruiting efforts. In charge of all administrative functions throughout the process, from creating offer letters and providing candidates all new hire forms, initiating/monitoring background checks to providing on-boarding documents and hiring them into ADP. Traveled to the different facilities to build relationships and to learn the different environments to assist in recruiting efforts Manage applicants in Smart Recruiters & ICIMS applicant tracking system.
