About Lee Ann Lednik
With more than 29 years of experience in a variety of areas impacting banking clients, I am currently the EY Americas Banking and Capital Markets Assurance Leader. My background includes providing audit and consulting services to clients in the banking and securities sectors, including commercial and retail banks, broker-dealers, investment banks, and private equity and hedge funds. I have also worked with clients on financial reporting and accounting matters, as well as many other client-focused activities, such as consulting on significant or sensitive accounting, SEC, auditing, and financial reporting matters.I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in 1994 and I am a practicing CPA. I am a proud working mother of three and stay involved in their activities as much as I can. In my free time, I enjoy improving my photography skills and am an avid sports fan.
