ABOUT LEE ANDERSON LOUY

Dr. Lee Anderson Louy joined North Florida Land Trust (NFLT) in 2021 and serves as the Director of Philanthropic Services. NFLT is a land conservation nonprofit focused on preserving North Florida’s irreplaceable natural environment. Bringing over a decade of nonprofit leadership and donor experience, Lee is passionate about advancing the NFLT mission. Preceding, Lee was the Director of Development at the University of North Florida (UNF). She was with the University for nearly nine years, and before that, Lee served as the Director of the Bennie Furlong Senior Center with the City of Jacksonville. Lee graduated from UNF with a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. In 2022, Lee received the UNF Thomas A. Mulkeen Dissertation Award, which recognizes the dissertation that best exemplifies practice-centered inquiry. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from UNF and earned her bachelor’s in Recreation and Leisure Services Administration from Florida State University. Lee is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a dedicated member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, with a proven track record of advancing philanthropic impact across Northeast Florida. She was recognized as one of the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2024 Women of Influence and is a proud graduate of Leadership Florida’s Connect Class 14. As a third-generation Jacksonville native, Lee brings a deep-rooted commitment to building a stronger, more resilient community through strategic leadership and meaningful partnerships.
