I feel extremely privileged to have such a rich and varied professional journey, filled with stimulating encounters and ambitious challenges, so many defining moments that allowed me to become the professional I am today.At the beginning of my career, I quickly plunged into the world of consumer goods with the food leader Kraft Foods. I rapidly rose through the ranks, moved to the Canadian Head Office in Toronto, and over the years I was brought to lead a large sales team and orchestrate the launch of the first coffee pod system in Canada. An experience full of great challenges that will have lasted nearly 12 years.Exceptional job opportunities followed, with Mead Johnson, based in Toronto, and Sanofi, located in the greater Montreal area.These years with these companies made me grow as a communicator and strategist, but they also showed me the importance of developing marketing strategies and concrete, detailed marketing plans to achieve the objectives of the company and its shareholders. Through these experiences until my last position on the organization’s leadership team, I was able to appreciate the strength of the team, the role and the importance of each function in achieving goals.Over the last 2 years, as a consulting firm owner, I have been sharing my knowledge with global, Quebec and pan-Canadian companies. I not only offer them services in strategic planning, but also commercial negotiation, sales force management and business development (BD). It is with great enthusiasm and passion for our industry that I share my expertise, my knowledge, and my skills for the benefit of my clients.Starting your own business is a new beginning, just like leaping into the unknown. Nevertheless, client satisfaction and the good results that follow the support offered by my firm are gratifying, not to say exhilarating. The key to success?
