Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, I manage all aspects of Operations, encompassing Facilities, Real Estate, Administration, and Construction. I\'ve dedicated myself to elevating our service and amenity standards to concierge levels. Key to our strategy for returning to work, I\'ve spearheaded the development of an exemplary workplace experience, underscored by a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), leading to the establishment of the company\'s inaugural DEI Committee and Employee Resource Group (ERG). In alignment with our company\'s evolving vision, I formulated a Real Estate strategy aimed at fostering cost-effective growth and minimizing disruptions from construction activities. Furthermore, I successfully reclaimed our IT services from external providers, setting the stage for the reintroduction of an in-house IT team. Through strategic Statement of Work (SOW) enhancements, I expanded the Facilities team from two to six members, significantly broadening our capabilities and responsibilities.
