In just a year and a half, I was promoted to a Sr. Multifamily Production Analyst in the Conventional lending side of the business. In this role, I continue to meticulously evaluate, structure, and quote debt opportunities for my dedicated partners and clients. My responsibilities include —1. Screening Debt Opportunities: Conducting thorough initial due diligence, including evaluating sponsorship, property backgrounds, assessing operational details and working with my origination partners to mitigate issues. Since starting, I\'ve maintained/developed relationships with 40+ top originators and mortgage banking companies across our seller servicer network.2. Comparative Analysis: Performing both internal and external comp analysis to ensure accurate and competitive underwriting.3. Preliminary Underwriting: Conducting initial underwriting of deals to identify potential risks and benefits. Since starting, I\'ve underwritten $6BB+ of multifamily business through modeling cashflows, reviewing property operating statements, rent rolls, and other due diligence materials.4. Firm Quoting: Providing firm and competitive quotes to successfully secure business. This includes collaborating cross-divisionally with our credit & underwriting, capital markets, and legal teams to competitively shape a quote (e.g. pricing, rates, payment, term, collateral) and bring each loan to close once under application.
