   The Smiling Coast Agro Processing Company is startup that’s on a mission to grow and mature the cashew industry in the economically challenged region of The Gambia by providing education, job creation, and a permanent market to smallholder farmers. Our main operation consists of sourcing and processing of raw cashew nuts into cashew kernels. As a co-founder, all business functions are on the table. My main focus is technology and cloud service that make it possible for the company to operate in a region that is known for unreliable infrastructure.
