The Continuous Improvement and Innovation (CII) Team is comprised of a diverse and cross-functional group of experts that bring continuous improvement, project management, human-centered and industrial design, bio-engineering, simulation, 3D printing, training, and education to elevate Seattle Children’s strengths and tackle and create solutions for some of the biggest challenges we face. Our teams are passionate about serving our customers and providing resources to help them strive for better every day.For over 20 years, Seattle Children’s has practiced Continuous Improvement. As one of the leaders in applying Lean methodology to healthcare, we are proud to lead by example for other organizations looking to adopt Continuous Improvement practices. The addition of innovation expertise empowers our faculty and staff to succeed with end-to-end solutions.
