Worked with the Customer’s Voice and Network Team to migrate from the Mitel UCP Voice Mail over to the new Cisco Unity Connection. This included 1964 Mailboxes, the integration to a new TIMG, and 2 new PRI Tie Lines. • Converting the Mitel Digital Phones over to the new Cisco Unified Call Manager. We are currently at 2208 Mitel Satellite Directory Numbers and 1832 Cisco Devices.• Ran Mitel Call History Reports for 560 Mitel Analog Ports, and helped move these Lines over to Cisco Voice Gateways.• Supported and maintained the day to day Telecom Operations for the Cambridge Campus which included the Main Building and four Remote Locations within walking distance.
