Collaborate with Provider Practice team and senior leaders to define issues, identify root causes, interpret data, and set goals for client RBO improvement efforts- Organize content & format of documents to facilitate understanding by VBC and client senior leaders- Develop and maintain VBC dashboards, scorecards, and status reports for client meetings- Assist in synchronizing efforts between Provider Practice and other VBC operating units to support client RBO performance improvement initiatives.
