I have been in and around the Real Estate and Construction industry for many many years and began buying properties in the Gary Indiana area in 2010. I then make these properties available to folks that may not otherwise be able to afford a home utilizing land contract sales with the help of a local realtor. I am also gearing towards creating \"First Step\" re-entry housing for ex-offenders. Through all of this I have realized my purpose for living. I am providing OSHA-10 safety and EPA certification training at no cost as well as mentoring to those with barriers, including the at risk and ex-offender and re-entry population.
