Drive the vision, design, and implementation of innovative learning solutions that support Praesidium\'s mission and meet the evolving needs of our clients-Collaborate with Praesidium subject matter experts (i.e, product managers, senior risk consultants, accreditation specialist, research analysis team, etc.) and the senior leadership team (i.e, VPs, COO, President & CEO, etc.) to ensure learning is integrated, scalable, and mission-aligned-Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of learning experience specialists (i.e, instructional designer, developer, bilingual facilitator, product manager, etc.)-Oversee the design and continuous improvement of training curricula, including eLearning, in-person facilitation, blended programs, and custom client learning solutions-Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure alignment with best practices, and deliver measurable learning outcomes-Evaluate and implement new adult learning methodologies and technologies to enhance learner engagement, retention, and behavior change.
