She joined the mobile design movement in 2009 as a user interface designer with fast-paced start-up Xtreme Labs. After Pivotal acquired the company, she was instrumental in growing the product design team and evolving the company’s user-centric design methodology. Leanne holds an Honours BFA in Visual Communication Design from York University.
