TUPE from One Facility due to the success of ISS securing the MBDA contract.Duties and responsibilities include: To maintain all contract and service data as required in the Planon CAFM system to meet client workflow processes and KPI’s Raising and managing purchase orders through to invoicing using Coupa, acting as the single point of contact for the maintenance team, subcontractors and accounts Plan and coordinate maintenance teams and subcontractors work schedules Manage reactive tasks in line with SLA and KPI’s Process reactive work order tickets on to the system Resolve discrepancies and expedite orders where necessary
