Key Result Areas : To gain instructions for residential properties in line with business targets: I introduce mortgage services, financial services, conveyancing services, and other group services to our customers: I maintain a high level of Customer Service in line with the Company’s Service Standards: My job role is executed in line with Company and Statutory legislation: I effectively co-ordinate the generation of market appraisals through identifying business opportunities and canvass planning: Working as part of the branch team and also with a large percentage of autonomy controlling my own time management. Key Responsibilities : Meet personal/branch targets set and agreed with Senior management in line with published KPIs: Effectively list houses in line with Company Best Practice and published procedures, manage the implimentation of all new instruction marketing including EPC, photography, floor plan, audio tour and advertising: Maintain records of activity and business as required: Maintain records of personal activity and records of all training: Manage the Effective use the ‘Call back diary\' to maximise on all opportunities of potential forward planned instructions: Effectively plan, co-ordinate and carry out canvassing activities in accordance with Company requirements: Effectively promote new instructions at the daily morning meeting and to allocate a negotiator of that property: Responsible for all corporate instructions and regular reporting: Accurately record all post instruction conversations with vendors: Actively prospect ‘new homes’ sites and promote referral leads. Assist the land & new homes team with new site evaluation, ideal build mix and expected sales rate. Carry out part exchange/assisted sale valuations, compiling figures and reporting directly to the developer or corporate client.
