We\'re working towards building up that role to help support various IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility) initiatives in the organization, and the People & Culture team. Here’s a little about me personally:> Through my experience with Glow while at the University of Waterloo, I discovered my love for working with grassroots organizations. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are close to my heart and a strong passion of mine. Some of the other things I enjoy are reading fantasy novels, playing music, crocheting, and hanging out with my cats. I love connecting with new people and learning more.
