About Leanne Malfa
In college I studied Art, and took a strong interest in tutoring others in Art History and English. The tutoring opportunity helped me discover my passion for teaching. I anticipated seeking a position in teaching, however, after graduation my career took me in various directions. I thrived in operations, recruiting, sales and leadership positions. My art and education background did not go to waste, as it has helped me to think creatively about recruiting strategies and training innovations. My work experience has been a wonderful and challenging ride so far, and It is with gratefulness that I am now pivoting to finally pursue my original path: teaching in an academic setting.
