I advise on a broad range of real estate transactions, but recently with a focus on the later-living and healthcare sectors. Recent experience includes- advising later living developers and healthcare investors on acquisitions, pre-lets, forward funding and development financing of their pipeline- advising on the real estate elements of multi-million refinancing exercises over a high profile central London redevelopment project- acting for an institutional landlord on the asset management of various retail parks; and - acting for a well known student accommodation developer and operator provider.
