I’m a Recreational Therapist passionate about promoting well-being through purposeful play. I believe recreational therapy is a powerful tool for helping individuals deepen their understanding of themselves and others. Through my experience working with adolescents and adults facing behavioral health, mental health, physical health, and substance use challenges, I’ve seen firsthand the meaningful impact recreational therapy can have. My goal is to expand access to this transformative approach and help more communities experience its benefits.
