A key member of the SSC Leadership Team, the purpose of this role is to lead and deliver the Operations proposition to internal stakeholders, whilst identifying strategic opportunities and efficiencies to further develop and enhance the Shared Service Centre’s contribution to the firm.Reporting to the Partner/Head of Shared Service Centre and direct reports to the larger business. Leading and having clear oversight of strategic deliveries for the operations and hubs. Focusing on client centricity, quality and efficiencies. Building a foundation of strong stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities of an operation of 200 FTE across several hubs, utilising the expertise of other support teams within SSC, including the wider firm to fulfil success through operational delivery and strategic growth.
