About Leann D. Arkema
With 25+ years of executive leadership, I’ve spent my career at the crossroads of healthcare, technology, and start-ups—building things that matter. I’ve launched and scaled four healthcare ventures—three are still thriving, and one was in the early days of virtual behavioral health, where I led a successful exit. I’ve also run my own hands-on consulting firm for seven years, helping early-stage companies and small business leaders navigate growth and change, and later joined the venture team at Redesign Health to help support the next wave of healthcare innovation. Today, I’m excited to be part of my 5th healthcare start-up in the fast-moving space of AI. I love taking bold ideas and turning them into real, working solutions that improve lives—bringing equal parts strategy, execution, and heart to everything I do. I thrive on leading, and being a part of, purpose-driven teams where the work is meaningful, the pace is fast, and the impact is real.
