Through the use of the tools in which I have obtained in regards to leading Six Sigma, Kaizen teams, Quick Changeover, 5s, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and the development of Management Systems I feel confident that I can observe any process and increase efficiencies which in turn will maximize profits and lead an organization towards their lean business goals.
