I’m a Property Manager with more than 10 years of experience within the hospitality industry. I have worked as part of highly recognized companies within their sector such as Hyatt, Ritz-Carlton, Marriott & Greystar; and been recognized with several promotions during my career.I am managing a Private Student Accommodation of 400 rooms, focused on international students. In this role I am driven to meet occupancy and financial objectives. Successes included effectively and fully leasing the building, reducing the OPEX budget & maintaining highly rewarding relationship with key stakeholders. This has been a crucial aspect to the second academic year of mobilising Chapter Aldgate.Colleagues know me as a strong mentor who will actively look to improve any team members potential.
