The project took approximately 12 months and a team of 10 consultants traveled to every city where the institution is present. We spent around hours on this project.o Managing the implementation of a new ERP for Public Defenders of Maranhão state in every city where the institution is present. My team consisted of 8 consultants, and we spent hours on this project, including fully remote training. o Managing the implementation of a new private website used by lawyers for the court system of the state of São Paulo.o Use of agile development methodology tools like Kanban, for management of project implementation, as well as ceremonies such planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospective meetings.o Main tools used: EPM, MS Project, MS Outlook, Oracle ERP, Power BI, PowerPoint.o Result oriented, resilient with a focus on collaboration and communication
