I\'m a Maintenance Supervisor with over 13 years of seasoned experience, specialized in the manufacturing industry. Educated with a Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering and a technical qualification in Mechanical Manufacturing, I blend theoretical knowledge with hands-on expertise to deliver excellence.During my tenure at ALCOA, I played a pivotal role in contract management, with a keen focus on scope, billing, and aligning financial and timeline constraints. My remit also included preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical machines, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. Leadership in personnel management is one of my strengths. At ALCOA, I managed staff contracts, led government inspections, and ensured our operations adhered to all regulatory standards. My hands-on approach extended to creating comprehensive reports on security and safety measures, including air quality and high-pressure equipment management.Moving to General Electric (Renewable Energy), I took on the responsibility for calibrating and managing high-performance, high-torque tools. A highlight of my time there was actively participating in the installation of aeolic turbines in Brazil.
