   With over 35 years of experience in industrial environments, I have consistently delivered high-impact results in equipment reliability and condition monitoring—recognized by the CEOs of the high-end Southern Company.My expertise includes both offline and online vibration analysis of critical assets, enabling early detection of potential failures and significantly improving equipment availability through thorough problem analysis and decisive action. I have extensive experience with System 1 software, as well as Rack 3500 and Orbit 60 hardware, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.I successfully implemented InsightCM for online vibration monitoring of critical equipment, including programming Crio9047 National Instruments–Cutsforth controllers and installing triaxial wireless vibration sensors. I also led training initiatives to enhance lubrication practices using ultrasound technology. My work includes turbine generator balancing using vector graph construction and the one-shot method, supported by orbit and time-base plot analysis.Additionally, I’ve conducted advanced motor diagnostics using PDMA Motor Test systems (MCE MAX and MCE GOLD), identifying fault zones in both AC and DC motors. I have implemented and utilized Maximo software for CR/WO/PM routes, maintenance plans, and data sheet management. My skill set also encompasses thermographic inspections and oil analysis to support predictive maintenance strategies.
