I’m a Civil Engineer with a strong foundation in project execution and team leadership — a background that evolved naturally into industrial operations and global manufacturing.Today, I serve as Manufacturing Director for DTE North America and Latam at Beontag, leading end-to-end plant operations across the U.S. and Brazil. From raw material intake to post-sales quality assurance, my role involves driving performance, consistency, and growth through structured management tools like Lean, PDCA, and 5S — always with a people-first approach.I also lead global Operational Excellence for DTE, where I focus on aligning strategies and best practices across plants with different realities but a shared vision. My mission is to enable collaboration, standardization, and continuous improvement through scalable systems and shared learning.Earlier in my career, I managed large residential construction projects — experiences that sharpened my skills in planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. That foundation helped shape how I manage teams and projects today, especially in cross-functional, multicultural environments.I believe real transformation happens when people, processes, and technology are connected — and I’m passionate about making that happen every day.
