Recently promoted to manage international content expansion for Peloton, managing the development and implementation of our content MVP for existing and new international markets (EMEA, LATAM, North America and Oceania), content planning, creative development for multimedia content and partnerships, and production innovation to scale up production operations globally. I previously led a team of producers and worked closely with Peloton\'s Instructors to develop and produce original entertainment content formats and best in class live and on-demand fitness video programming across various fitness modalities including Cycling, Running, Strength, Yoga, and Meditation from our state-of-the-art broadcasting studio in Covent Garden, London.I managed my team of four high-performing producers by monitoring job performance, delegating assignments, and delivering team member coaching and mentoring.
