   Reporting to the Men\'s Design Director.Frye -•Creates Frye Men’s seasonal collection concepts and generate big ideas for Frye Men’s across multiple distribution levels: our department store business, a JC Penney exclusive collection, major Clubs retailers, and a burgeoning off-price business.•Designs holistic product assortment across Woven, Knit, and sweater assortments and execute the seasonal design vision for our multi-channel wholesale business.• Inspires overseas design team using Milanote to share design direction for color, fabric, pattern and silhouette, guiding the design process from concept to sample making for the Frye Discount line.•Pitches exclusive Frye programs for Club accounts to win high volume orders for the Frye brand.New Business-• Partners with the Men’s Design Director and VP of Sales to develop compelling showroom sample presentations, driving private label opportunities with national retailers including Sam’s Club, Costco, and Walmart.• Conducts in-depth competitive analysis to identify market positioning, define brand differentiation, and uncover white space opportunities on target retailer sales floors.• Builds key-item design decks that expand on selected styles, curating tailored assortments that address the unique business objectives and consumer profiles of each retail partner.• Oversees end-to-end product development by executing detailed tech packs, managing fabric sourcing, and directing sample production for Men’s branded and private label collections.• Designs special projects for all owned and licensed brands across Men’s and Young Men’s markets.Additional Design Contributions: Juicy Couture, NXT Labs
