Lea Miller-Tooley is the founder and president of Complete Sports Management, an all-encompassing sports marketing agency. The core capabilities of Miller’s agency include the creation of sporting events, event management, men and women’s basketball foreign tours globally and sponsorship creation. Through Miller’s global connections, she seized the opportunity to take collegiate sports outside of the United States. She created an early season college basketball tournament, Battle 4 Atlantis, in Paradise Island, Bahamas. Miller was hired as an independent consultant by the Atlantis to manage the event. Miller has turned the Battle 4 Atlantis into one of the most successful early season men’s Division 1 college basketball tournament in history. She also negotiated sponsorship agreements and media contracts with NBC Sports Network, ESPN, and AXS TV. Her company also takes DI college basketball teams on foreign tours all over the world to compete on a global stage against other international teams. CSM’s client list includes but not limited to Villanova, Syracuse, UNC, Kentucky, UCLA, Georgetown, Texas Tech, Wake Forest, Georgia Tech, Oklahoma, Southern Cal, Boston College, Louisville and Penn State. Complete Sports Management has now brought women’s college basketball to the Bahamas with the creation of the inaugural Women’s Battle 4 Atlantis November, 2021. Her field included UCONN, South Carolina and Oregon. The women\'s final, televised on ESPN, had #1 South Carolina vs #2 UCONN. With the idea of continuing to build on the success of Battle 4 Atlantis, CSM brought college’s most popular sport to the Bahamas for the country’s first-ever college football bowl game. Complete Sports Management has partnered with the Mid-American Conference, and Conference USA to participate on a 6-year rotating basis to create the only bowl game currently played outside of the United States. Lea is the Executive Director of the bowl game. CSM also takes men\'s and women\'s college basketball programs all over the world for foreign tours. Countries they work include the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, United Kingdom, Israel, Croatia, UAE and Senegal. Most recently, CSM launched all of college basketball in Paris on November 6, 2023 on ESPN. No regular season college basketball game has ever been played on Parisian soil. Miller played NCAA Division I tennis at Wake Forest and then Georgia Tech. A Georgia native, Miller now splits her time between Vail, Colorado and traveling the world.
