ABOUT LEALA ROSEN
I have 9 years of experience working in international and community development at the nexus of agriculture, conservation, youth development, and education. I have a background in project management, leadership and collaboration, full-cycle grantmaking, capacity development, strategic planning, and have significant experience collaborating with marginalized populations on capacity building; issues of farming, leadership, and workforce skills development; and gender equity and social inclusion. Currently, I work at the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) on the Conservation Leadership Programme (CLP), where I manage CLP\'s flagship training (conservation leadership and management trainings) for 30 participants annually; coordinate regional trainings on Creative Leadership; support CLP\'s grant process; manage a small grants program, and manage aspects of the CLP alumni network, program budget and reporting, compliance.
