ABOUT HERA HUB:Hera Hub is a shared, flexible work and meeting space where entrepreneurial women can create and collaborate in a professional, productive, spa-like environment. The platform provides our members with connections to other business experts, access to educational workshops, and visibility within the community… thus giving them the support they need to be prosperous. THE GURU PROGRAM:Part of Hera Hub\'s support system includes the Guru program, where members who are subject matter experts donate \"office hours\" to serve as a free resource for the general public (members and non-members welcome). It’s a great way to get up to 30 minutes of free mentoring and advice from experts in their field. I am proud to volunteer as the Entrepreneur Law Guru at the Hera Hub location in Carlsbad, California. ENTREPRENEUR LAW GURU INFORMATION: HOURS: 2nd Thursday of the month at 10 AM LOCATION: 5205 Avenida Encinas, Suite A Carlsbad, CA 92008 WHO CAN COME: Any entrepreneur with legal questions. You do NOT need to be female OR a member of Hera Hub to visit a Guru! WHAT CAN YOU ASK DURING GURU HOURS? What business form is best for my business? Is my business ready to grow and what kind of investor would be a good fit for me and my company? What is my personal liability for actions I take as an entrepreneur and what do I need to do to protect myself? How can I efficiently and economically handle any business dispute that may arise? Do I need to take any preventative law measures to protect my business from harm and to allow for growth and profitability?
