We do so by providing opportunities in the Fine and Expressive Arts including participation in exhibits, productions, classes, and community events. ABOUT LEAH YOUNG
Are you a woman that struggles with anxiety and depression? Do you feel even more depressed when you are not working, giving, doing, and creating? Do you hold yourself to the highest standard of perfection and achievement, as a way to stave off emotional discomfort, sadness, fear, or anger? You do not need to live and work with anxiety and depression that hides unhealed shame, guilt, grief, fear, or anger. This is your emotional shadow longing to be acknowledged, understood, loved, and transformed into your finest gifts and talents so that you can live in freedom and joy. After years in corporate America in the talent acquisition arena, I found what makes me get out of bed with exhilaration. My mission is to facilitate women expressing themselves via writing and visual art. I will help guide people on their own unique journey of self-discovery by exploring different techniques and exercises in art and writing which help enrich their life, pursue innovative solutions, and develop spiritual connections in a relaxed, safe, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere. I help people to get clarity around their thoughts, share their stories and their perspectives, and invite others to see the way they see the world. With my years of experience, I am in a strong position to teach others and have developed methods that work across genres, across phases of the creative process, and across different styles of working and writing. I’m supportive and passionate about combining connection, expression, and imagination on a journey with people as they explore their creativity. My services are unique, as I weave creative exercises and visualization into the process, and assists people with the removal of blocks and barriers, and light a path toward clarity and manifestation of goals and dreams.
