ExamSoft was acquired by Turnitin in 2020) • As this was a newly created role within the ExamSoft Product Team, I designed and implemented processes to align release and go-to-market strategy across the company. • Monitor project progress across product teams to ensure go-to-market alignment through regular meetings with product managers and product directors, and at times project-manage large-scale QA testing of products prior to a significant release. • Create and implement go-to-market strategy for all product releases, including the facilitation of internal trainings, documenting timelines and FAQs, composing internal and external communications, and coordinating the creation of client support resources. • Design and execute early access programs for clients to test new features prior to general release. Engage with clients to gather feedback. • Execute internal and external communications to ensure all stakeholders are aware of product changes and new functionalities for each release. Collaborate with client-facing and marketing leadership to ensure communication is on brand and will meet the needs of clients. Generate client distribution lists for Product and Marketing communications. • Establish and maintain critical communication channels between Product and Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Support, Professional Services, and Business Operations leadership teams. Serve as Product liaison and subject matter expert for client-facing and operations teams.
