Spearheaded new approval process that reduced approval time from 72 hours to 15 minutes. Managed the successful implementation of new Fusion capabilities (Third Party Risk Management, Issue Management, Enterprise Exercise Management, Incident and Exercise Management, and Advanced Reporting / Tableau). Trained and supported business teams as they adopted the new modules.
